What You’ll Do 

• Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and ongoing support  
• Partner with clients to optimise their digital marketing products and maximise campaign performance  
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver positive customer outcomes  
• Investigate and resolve client questions and technical issues using available systems and resources  
• Provide clear, timely, and solution-focused support  
• Handle objections and challenging conversations with professionalism and confidence  
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen client retention
