Oscar Wylee
About the role
About the Role
Oscar Wylee is seeking a motivated Warehouse & IT Support Assistant to join our Sydney CBD
Head Office team. This is a hybrid role split between our warehouse operations and internal IT
support - perfect for someone who's hands-on, tech-comfortable, and enjoys variety in their
day-to-day work.
In the warehouse half of the role, you'll pick, pack, and dispatch stock orders to our retail stores
across Australia and New Zealand, and provide internal retail support to ensure our stores have
everything they need - from eyewear stock to marketing materials - to deliver an exceptional
customer experience.
In the IT support half, you'll help keep our stores and Head Office running smoothly - assisting with
helpdesk tickets, setting up and troubleshooting hardware and POS equipment, and supporting new
store IT rollouts.
If you have a keen eye for detail, love working in a hands-on role, and want to build both warehouse
and IT skills within a growing Australian eyewear brand, this is the perfect opportunity.
