Email Marketing Manager

My Way Up is a Gold Coast gut health company. We sell supplements, and we run shotgun metagenomic testing — we sequence customers' gut bacteria in a lab and give them back a real read on what's in there. It's a genuinely interesting business to optimise, because the products need explaining and the customers do their research.

We’re looking for a strategic creative who understands direct response email marketing.

Someone who knows what makes people open, click, and buy.

What You'll Do

• Own the full email and SMS marketing strategy - from planning and execution to performance optimisation. This includes campaigns and automated journeys across our AU and US account.

• Write, build, and manage campaigns end-to-end: develop the strategy, craft direct response copy, plug it into Klaviyo, test variations, and report on performance.

• Champion testing and optimisation

• Use data-driven insights to segment, personalise, and deliver messaging that resonates at every stage of the lifecycle.

• Analyse performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTR, CVR, unsubscribes, ROI) and provide actionable insights.

• Maintain strong deliverability through strong list hygiene, IP/domain reputation, and content compliance.

• Collaborate across marketing, content, digital, and analytics teams to keep campaigns aligned and impactful.

What we are looking for

• 3-5+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM, ideally in e-commerce.

• Hands on experience in Klavyio

• Based on the Gold Coast, QLD

• Familiar with (or eager to master) email deliverability, database hygiene, and inbox placement.

• Skilled in direct response copy writing.

• Obsessed with testing and optimisation — you’re always chasing small tweaks that lead to big wins.
