Are you ready to take your career to the next
level in the fast-paced world of FMCG? Manassen Foods is on the lookout for a Vendor
Replenishment Planner/Integrated Supply Planner to manage and optimize the
supply chain processes for a key retail customer. You will be responsible for
ensuring seamless flow of goods across the supply chain, managing inventory
levels, and collaborating closely with suppliers, distribution centres, and
internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product deliver.

What you'll be doing
- Supply Chain Planning & Management: Develop and execute supply plans to
meet demand forecasts, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess
inventory and stockouts.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and adjust
orders to ensure optimal stock levels, reducing holding costs while avoiding
stock shortages.
- Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers
and vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues that
may arise.
- Order Management: Oversee the order-to-delivery process,
ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled on time, with the correct product
quantities and quality.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams
(sales, demand, supply, logistics) and to improve supply chain efficiency and
address issues.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance
indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain activities (e.g., DIFOT, MLOR Stock)
and recommend improvements.
- Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities
within the supply chain process, including minimum order size, transportation,
warehousing, and inventory management.
- System Management: Utilize supply chain management
software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track inventory, orders, and forecasts,
ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the
supply chain, such as disruptions, delays, or shortages, and implement
contingency plans.
Skills
and Experience:
- Proven experience in supply chain
planning, logistics or a similar role within the food industry managing large
scale supply chains.
- Experience working with Coles or
similar retail groups is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage large and complex
portfolios with short shelf life would be advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in supply chain
management software (Infor M3/Blue Yonder preferred), intermediate to advanced
Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams,
suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and
deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within
a cross-functional team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
