Bar and Gaming Attendant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar & Gaming Attendant to join our team. This role suits someone who is confident working independently, delivers excellent customer service, and understands the compliance requirements of a modern gaming venue.

About the Role

You will be responsible for bar service, gaming operations, TAB/Keno assistance, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for all patrons. The position requires flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Essential Requirements

• Current RSA, RCG, and ARCG certifications

• Demonstrated experience in bar and gaming operations

• Competency with TAB and Keno systems

• Ability to work unsupervised and handle responsibilities confidently

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Desirable

• Previous senior, keyholder, or supervisory experience

• Strong understanding of gaming compliance and venue procedures
