Door to Door Sales Manager (Founding Sales Hire)

We’re hiring a founding Door to Door Sales Manager to build our sales engine from scratch.

You’ll be the first on the doors – proving the model, refining the script, and then hiring, training, and leading the team who knock next.

Schmick is a fast-growing exterior care startup built by a tightly aligned marketing, brand, and software team with experience from first revenue through to S&P 100 organisations.

Over the last 2 months we’ve grown 100% week-on-week and it’s still accelerating. Behind the scenes we’ve built a serious tech stack and growth machine, with an aggressive roadmap to scale nationally and then internationally over the next 12–18 months.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
