About the role

Join Splash, TWE's award-winning in-house creative agency, and lead the delivery of impactful global campaigns across iconic brands including Penfolds and Innovation. Based in Melbourne, Business Lead will be a senior strategic partner to Global Marketing stakeholders, you'll shape creative solutions, influence priorities and drive exceptional business outcomes.

• Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects from brief through to execution.  
• Partner with Global Marketing teams to solve complex business challenges.  
• Shape strategic and creative approaches that deliver brand growth.  
• Own planning and prioritisation across a diverse global project portfolio.  
• Build trusted relationships with senior global brand stakeholders.  
• Coordinate creative, media, production and specialist agency resources.  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.  
• Provide clear creative feedback to elevate campaign effectiveness.  
• Lead and develop a Senior Integrated Producer across the portfolio.  
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence.

Who we’re looking for  

We're looking for a commercially minded relationship-builder who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and knows how to turn complex briefs into exceptional outcomes. You'll have:

• Significant agency experience in client service, account management or business leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and build trusted partnerships.  
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business challenges.  
• Experience leading integrated campaigns across creative, media and production.  
• Highly organised with strong project management and prioritisation skills.  
• Confident leading multiple stakeholders, projects and competing priorities.  
• A collaborative leader who brings humility, energy and adaptability.  
• Commercially minded with strong judgement, problem-solving and negotiation skills.  
• Experience within FMCG, luxury, wine & spirits or premium consumer brands is highly regarded.  
• Passionate about great creative work and delivering measurable business impact.
