This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing construction contracts, ensuring they align with project requirements, company policies, and legal standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating contract documentation, maintaining accurate records, tracking key contract milestones, and supporting tender and procurement processes. The Contract Administrator will work closely with project managers, estimators, suppliers, and clients to facilitate clear communication, resolve contract-related issues, and support cost control and risk management. The role also involves monitoring contract performance, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of contract procedures and templates.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong contract management and contract negotiation skills.Candidates should possess solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret contract terms, pricing, and project data.Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.Candidates should possess procurement skills to support sourcing, tender evaluation, and supplier management.Relevant experience in construction or property development contract administration is highly beneficial.Working knowledge of construction contracts, compliance requirements, and basic legal principles is preferred.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in standard office and project management software are desirable.A diploma or degree in construction management, business, law, or a related field is advantageous, or equivalent practical experience.
