You are a proactive problem solver with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to build positive relationships with colleagues, community members, contractors and regulatory authorities. You have sound project management, planning and budgeting capabilities, a strong commitment to workplace health and safety, and an understanding of compliance and governance requirements. Most importantly, you are passionate about delivering reliable essential services, maintaining community assets to a high standard, and contributing to positive outcomes for the residents.
