A compelling opportunity has arisen for a Technical Team Lead to join our expanding Operations team. As part of this dynamic role, you will report directly to our Technical, Quality & Compliance Manager, playing a pivotal role in supporting our Technical teams in attaining operational excellence. This position is a full-time commitment, requiring availability for 5 days each week.

What you'll do:

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose product faults and solve technical problems including product identified as part of post market surveillance and customer feedback

• Carry out routine testing for consumer panel (personal care) for product release

• Support & review R&D Trials.

• SOP creation and review.

• Support Laboratory maintenance – cleaning, restocking, etc.

• Oversee team reports prior to distribution to stakeholders.

• Perform all necessary analysis and adjustments required to ensure new formulations are verified and implemented for manufacture

• Assist with the evaluation audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

• Maintain product development records, formulations, manufacturing instructions

• Compile SDS Creation documents for EDP; Diffusers & Room Sprays

• Assist manufacturing with formulation related production issues

• Assist with investigation of customer complaints

• Conduct fortnightly WiP Meetings with team individually

• Manage and prioritise the technical team's workload to ensure On time delivery of projects

About you

• A bachelor's degree

• 5-10 years in a similar role

• Excellent leadership and management skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

• Excellent organisational and follow-up skills

• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making

• Commercially aware
