In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering the refinement and continuous improvement of project management practices across the division,
This role will see you lead the capture of lessons learned, design and deliver pilot programs, develop and update project management policies and procedures, collaborate with subject matter experts and delivery teams, and embed innovation and delivery consistency aligned with organisational goals.
You will lead enhanced, consistent and effective project management practices in a complex delivery environment balancing innovation, compliance, stakeholder expectations and operational constraints.

About you
Your proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives, pilot programs and policy development formed across large, complex infrastructure project and organisational environments will see you translate lessons learned into actionable improvements, manage stakeholder expectations and support scalable adoption of improved practices to lead to consistent, efficient and strategically aligned project management outcomes.
You’re recognized as a leader in project management improvement skilled at establishing initiatives to improve project delivery processes, designing and implementing pilot programs and policy enhancements, establishing controls to sustain the changes, and experienced in project management disciplines across capital infrastructure projects lifecycle, stakeholder engagement and change management.
