We are currently assisting Heinemann to recruit this permanent position working directly for Heinemann and representing Hermes.

The role:

Within your role as Hermes Brand Ambassador, you will share your expertise with our customers and inspire them with product knowledge, rituals and recommendations for the perfect fragrance and beauty ensemble.

You will utilise your knowledge across skincare, makeup and fragrance to provide personalised consultations and luxury beauty experiences, while inspiring customers through your knowledge of Hermès products, beauty rituals, fragrance discovery and personalised recommendations.

Clienteling will be an important part of the role, including building genuine relationships, capturing customer preferences, following up with clients and developing repeat business.

You will be responsible for the overall performance and operation of the counter, maintaining it to an exceptional standard, ensuring stock levels are maintained and displays are presented in accordance with Hermès brand guidelines. And you will actively drive sales across the Hermès Beauty portfolio, including skincare, makeup and fragrance, while delivering an exceptional and personalised customer experience.

This permanent role is 38 hours per week across key trading hours. The role is predominantly intended to be rostered 1:00pm to 9:00pm, however, you will need to be flexible as trading requirements may change from time to time and you may also be involved in supporting brand events, launches, and promotions.

To be considered for this role you:

• Have strong beauty expertise across skincare, makeup and fragrance
• Have proven experience within a retail beauty environment
• Are willing and able to work independently within the airport environment
• Are available to work 38 hours per week, predominantly between 1:00pm–9:00pm, including weekends and late-night trading

Ideally you will also have experience in:

• Working with luxury or prestige beauty brands
• Skincare consultation and product recommendations
• Makeup application / consultation
• Fragrance knowledge and the ability to confidently conduct fragrance consultations
• Multi-lingual skills are an advantage

And of course we know you are a positive and motivated person with strong sales orientation and proven experience in achieving sales targets. You are genuinely passionate about luxury beauty and fragrance and have exceptional clienteling and VIP relationship-management skills
