Lead Nurse | Carlton Carlton, New South Wales

Carlton Railway Medical Centre and Carlton UCC are seeking an experienced Lead Nurse.

This opportunity is for a strong clinical leader to oversee both our GP and on-site urgent care clinic, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will lead a dedicated and supportive team within a well-established, multicultural clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team across GP and urgent care services
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and workflow efficiency
• Work collaboratively with GPs and allied health professionals

About you

• AHPRA registration (RN)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general practice
• Previous Lead Nurse experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
