Sales Support Executive

Enfinity is looking for a Sales Support Executive to support the team and help deliver a high level of service to our customers and retail partners. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and keeping the sales process moving.

Enfinity is home to ECOXGEAR, a range of rugged audio, communication and outdoor lifestyle products designed for people who work and play outside.

Working closely with the National Sales Manager, customers and internal departments, you will assist with day-to-day sales administration, account support, product enquiries and order coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with customer enquiries, quotes and order processing

• Providing product information and assisting customers with product selection

• Managing incoming phone and email enquiries

• Following up orders, stock availability, deliveries and backorders

• Maintaining accurate customer, pricing and product information

• Assisting with new account setup and ongoing account support

• Assist with warehouse, operations and other internal teams

• Preparing sales reports, presentations and customer documentation

• Supporting promotions, product launches, trade shows and industry events

• Helping identify opportunities to improve customer service and internal processes

We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of customer requests from start to finish.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, administration & account coordination

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

• Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines

• A practical, solutions-focused approach

• Good computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems

• The ability to work independently while supporting a broader team

• An interest in learning technical products and explaining them clearly to customers

Knowledge of, or a passion for, the outdoor, camping, 4WD, marine or adventure industries would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Experience or technical knowledge relating to Audio and Communication (UHF CB / VHF Marine) CB or two-way radio products will be very highly regarded.
