Kitchen Services Attendant

As a casual Kitchen Services Attendant, you'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, providing efficient and effective support to our Chefs across cleaning, food preparation and general kitchen operations.

THE ROLE
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and returning to storage all cutlery, crockery, utensils, pots, pans and cooking dishes
• Cleaning all hard surfaces including benches, walls, work surfaces, tables and chairs
• Cleaning all floor surfaces during and after service
• Emptying kitchen bins as required during and after service
• Assisting with the maintenance of kitchen equipment and reporting any hazards or faults to the Executive Chef
• Supporting the Kitchen Storeperson with receiving orders, monitoring fridge and freezer temperatures and stock rotation
• Assisting with food preparation as requested by the Chefs

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights and weekends

Full Australian working rights are required for this position in addition to a probity check.
