Shine Bright EYM is seeking qualified Diploma Early Childhood Educators to provide breaks coverage across a range of kindergartens throughout the Bendigo Region.

This is an exciting opportunity for educators looking for part-time employment or casual relief work, with flexibility to suit your availability. Paid travel between services is provided.

About the Role

Working alongside educators at various kindergarten services, you will provide much-needed breaks and support to ensure programs continue to run smoothly.

You will assist with:

• Supporting educators during breaks and staff absences
• Maintaining a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for children
• Supporting programs, documentation and observations
• Working collaboratively with educators and service teams
• Adapting confidently to different kindergarten environments and team practices
• Contributing to a positive experience for children, families and colleagues

About You

We are looking for a passionate and professional Early Childhood Educator who enjoys working across different environments and collaborating with a range of teams.

You will demonstrate:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check ? Employer
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Experience working with children is essential
• Kindergarten experience is desirable
• Professionalism, flexibility and adaptability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to inclusive and child-centred practice
• An ability to incorporate First Nations perspectives into your pedagogy and practice
