You’ll be hands-on, leading from the front and helping create an environment where both customers and team members love showing up. 👟 You will be responsible for: Leading and motivating the team on the shop floor Delivering an exceptional customer experience Driving sales and achieving store targets Supporting daily store operations and visual merchandising Coaching and developing team members Assisting with stock management and inventory Stepping up and taking ownership when senior leaders aren’t on the floor Keeping the store looking fresh, energetic and on-brand   👟 What we are looking for Has previous retail leadership or senior sales experience Is confident leading and motivating a team Loves sneakers, streetwear and retail culture Brings energy, personality and a positive attitude Is commercially driven and loves smashing targets Leads by example and isn’t afraid to get stuck in Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment Wants to grow their career within an exciting retail brand 👟 Why join us?
