• Operation and workforce planning including plant/equipment requirements
• Personnel management for both employees and subcontractors
• Promote and develop a safety culture
• Customer relationship management
• Management of KPIs
• Development and implementation of productivity improvement initiatives
   

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Horticultural certificates (advantageous)
• Previous personnel management experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Packages knowledge
• A current driver’s licence
