Dental Receptionist

Part time position

An exciting opportunity to join the team at Kingston Smiles. We are looking for an enthusiastic, welcoming, bubbly and reliable dental receptionist to join our front desk. The role involves building sustainable growth for the practice through supporting amicable and amazing relationships with our patients.

We are a wonderful, state of the art dental practice offering general dentistry. We take pride in being a great team and strive to provide the ultimate patient experience.

The main position tasks include reception duties such as booking and organising appointments, processing payments, patient recalls, dealing with patient enquiries, updating patient information and other administrative duties.

Prior experience or knowledge in the dental or medical field is preferred though not a requirement. We are happy to train suitable candidates. The successful applicant will undergo on the job training to suit our needs as a part time employee. We are always looking to upskill our employees and further training, courses and education can be provided for the right candidate.

For this position, we are searching for someone with permanent, ongoing,working rights in Australia. 

Salary and working days/hours will be discussed at the interview. Remuneration is based on competence and experience of the successful candidate.
