• Are skilled at prioritising tasks and maintaining accuracy in daily duties.

• Possess exceptional phone manner and relationship-building skills.

• Hold a current driver's licence.

• Hold a current Certificate of Registration or be enrolled in the course

• Have prior experience in property management and tenancy legislation compliance.

• We have offices in two locations - Toukley and Terrigal

📢 What You’ll Do:
As a Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing tenant communications and fostering positive relationships with landlords.

• Addressing tenant concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Coordinating ongoing maintenance in line with regulations.

• Conducting outgoing property inspections to ensure compliance and quality.

• Maintaining accurate records and correspondence to streamline operations.
