Residential Painter

Job Responsibilities:

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning them, covering cracks, and applying primer before painting.
• Match paint colors and mix paints to achieve desired shades.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when working at heights or with hazardous materials.
• Complete projects within specified timeframes and budget constraints.

Essential Qualifications:

• Recent full-time experience in this line of work. (presently employed)
• Proven experience as a Residential Painter.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members.

Desired Experience:

• 5 years of experience working as a Residential Painter.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $74,000 - $85,000 annually (in Australian Dollars).

Future Benefits:

• Subsequent entrant visa for family. (after 6 months work)

English level needed:

• An IELTS score of 5,5,5,5 + or equivalent in PTE, OET.

Future requirements:

• After a pre-screening interview, If we are interested in connecting you to a client for a work-place interview, then we would first need:
  • Proof of Employment.
  • Video’s showing skill-set/work . (in a google-drive shared folder)
  • Passport copy, Showing 1 year + validity.
  • Police clearances.

Financial requirements:

• There is NO show-money needed to be seen by immigration when applying for a working visa to Australia.
