Summary:
The Participant Success Mentor plays a crucial role in supporting and guiding learners throughout their educational journey. Based in Broome, Western Australia, this full-time contract position focuses on enhancing participant engagement and success in their training programs. The Mentor will work closely with students to provide tailored support, ensuring they achieve their learning goals and maximise their potential within the educational framework.
As a Participant Success Mentor, you will provide strengths-based mentoring and practical support to participants as they work towards employment, training and education outcomes. You will build trusted relationships, support goal setting, connect participants with services and opportunities, and help them navigate challenges that may impact their success

Responsibilities:
Maintain positive relationships with employers, training providers and community partners.

Knowledge of barriers experienced by Aboriginal people and existing networks across community services, employment, training or government sectors will be highly regarded
