Food & Beverage Team Leader - Full-Time

We are currently looking for energetic, inclusive and supportive Food & Beverage Team-Leader to join our fun Food & Beverage Department on a Full-Time basis.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and the smooth daily operation of our restaurant, bar and in room dining outlets.

• Develop our Restaurant & Bar team members to provide excellent, personalised guest service within our outlets.

• The successful candidate must be available to work both Breakfast and Dinner shifts including weekends and some public holidays.

Ideally you will have:

• A passion for the hospitality industry

• Flexibility in shift rotation and rostering

• Demonstrated Service Recovery skills

• A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential for this role.

• A positive, team orientated approach with a passion for Creating Memorable Hotel Experiences

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
