We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist who can identify potential businesses, analyse their digital presence, and send personalised outreach emails to generate discovery calls.

Role Overview

The Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist will be responsible for researching businesses, identifying marketing gaps, and sending personalised outreach emails to decision-makers.

The goal of this role is to generate qualified leads and book discovery calls for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities1. Prospecting & Research

Identify potential businesses that may benefit from digital marketing services.

Examples include:

• plumbers
• builders
• electricians
• dentists
• medical clinics
• real estate agencies
• accountants
• local service businesses

Tasks include:

• Finding businesses through Google, LinkedIn, directories, and business listings
• Identifying decision makers (owner, director, marketing manager)
• Collecting email addresses and contact information
• Building prospect lists

2. Digital Presence Analysis

Review the business's online presence and identify gaps such as:

• No Google Ads presence
• Poor website design or slow website speed
• Low Google reviews
• No SEO rankings
• No CRM or lead capture system
• Weak social media presence

Document these insights before sending outreach emails.

3. Personalised Cold Email Outreach

Send personalised emails to prospects highlighting potential opportunities.
