Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality meals for functions and events
• Assist with bulk food production and service
• Deliver professional customer service to guests
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and efficient

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
• Education or boarding school catering experience is desirable
• Experience preparing bulk meals in a high-volume environment
• National Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
