About the role
Create detailed manufacturing and production documentation for custom cabinetry projects.
Develop and maintain Cabinet Vision drawings, reports and production outputs.
Generate CNC-ready manufacturing data and machine files.
Review project designs for buildability, accuracy and production efficiency.
Coordinate project workflows, schedules and production requirements.
Liaise with designers, suppliers, trades and installation teams throughout project delivery.
Assist with procurement and material planning activities.
Maintain quality control standards and ensure documentation accuracy.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and production processes.
Provide technical support and problem-solving across multiple projects.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience within custom cabinetry or high-end residential joinery.
Advanced Cabinet Vision proficiency (essential).
Strong understanding of cabinetry construction techniques and manufacturing processes.
Experience producing detailed manufacturing documentation for premium residential projects.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Experience in CNC manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of premium hardware systems such as Hettich, Blum or similar.
Experience across kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms and whole-home joinery.
Understanding of procurement, scheduling and project coordination.
