MAINTAIN Group is a specialist mining services contractor operating across Structural, Mechanical & Piping (SMP), Fabrication & Supply, Scaffolding, and Industrial Coatings. We are currently seeking experienced Painters & Blasters for immediate and upcoming mobilisation. These roles involve surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and industrial painting.

Key Responsibilities

• Surface preparation including sanding, grinding, and abrasive blasting
• Application of protective coatings using spray guns, rollers, and brushes
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Operating and maintaining painting and blasting equipment
• Adhering to site safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

• You must currently be living in Australia to be considered for this role
• Minimum 2 years' mine site experience
• Previous Australian experience in industrial painting and blasting
• Cert 3 in Surface Preparation, or equivalent experience in Blast and Paint (VOC will be required)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
