About the role
Asset Reliability Inspections (ARI) is seeking an experienced and organised WA Administrator to join our growing Western Australian team, based at our Bibra Lake office.
This is a key support role within our WA operations, providing day-to-day administrative, mobilisation and operational support across the business. You will work closely with the WA Administration Lead, Branch Managers and operational teams to help ensure our people, documentation and client requirements are effectively coordinated.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy operational environment where priorities can change quickly.
About the RoleThe WA Administrator will support the smooth running of our WA operations and provide administrative assistance across our Perth, Bunbury and Port Hedland branches as required.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing general administrative support to WA Branch Managers and operational teams
Supporting the mobilisation and demobilisation of employees to client sites
Coordinating site access, inductions, medicals, training and compliance requirements
Maintaining employee records, competencies, licences and certification information
Assisting with client portals, mobilisation systems and site requirements
Coordinating travel and accommodation where required
Assisting with purchase orders, documentation and job-related administration
Supporting timesheet, payroll and job information collation where required
Assisting with the onboarding and mobilisation of new employees
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is completed and filed correctly
Liaising with employees, supervisors, clients and internal departments
Supporting operational teams with job documentation and close-out requirements
Assisting with ensuring documentation is completed to support timely invoicing
Working closely with the WA Administration Lead to maintain consistent administrative processes across WA
Providing additional administrative and operational support as required
We are looking for someone who can manage competing priorities, work independently when required and communicate confidently with employees, managers and clients.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous administration experience, preferably within mining, resources, engineering, inspection or a similar operational environment
Experience with mobilisation, workforce compliance or site access would be highly regarded
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good Microsoft Office skills
Confidence working with different systems and client portals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to build effective working relationships across different teams and locations
A practical and proactive approach to problem-solving
The ability to work as part of a wider WA team and assist where priorities require it
ARI provides inspection and asset reliability services to clients across the mining, resources, energy and industrial sectors.
Our WA business is continuing to grow, and we are strengthening the systems, people and support functions needed to support that growth.
