Evening Floor Supervisor

Help our young brigade by bringing your knowledge and passion for good service in a relaxed dining experience.
We are looking for permanent part time or full time people.
This role is not suited to short term visa workers or university students as the hours are mostly evenings and some weekends

Jimmy Watson’s wine bar & bistro is searching for a full time / part time FOH supervisor to join our existing team.
Jimmy Watson’s is one of the oldest and most iconic wine bars in Australia and housed in a building designed by Robin Boyd in 1962.
To be successful you with need:

The ability to communicate with a vast range of clientele from Melbourne university students, to the modern diner and older regulars
A true interest in Food and Wine with at least intermediate wine knowledge.
A minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
Awareness of wage costs and rostering
Be self-motivated and driven to excel
Ability to follow opening and closing procedures.
Experience in Order Mate POS system an advantage but not a necessity.
