Civil Superintendent

DTMT Construction is a privately owned and operated Organisation founded in 1982 and specialise in major Civil Construction, Infrastructure and Building Projects throughout Australia.

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Civil Superintendents who are available for FIFO roles in regional WA for ongoing works.

Project Roster - 2:1

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction process, coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure project completion within set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Enforce safety regulations and culture in line with WHS regulations; conduct routine site inspections to mitigate risks and communication and report on HSE incidents.

• Manage and resolve disputes among project stakeholders.

• Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, expenses, and quality assurance procedures.

• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Identify and proactively address construction issues or delays, be on top of day-to-day direction of field activities.

• Ensure all work complies with approved plans, specifications, and permitting requirements.

• Allocate and manage resources including labour, materials, and equipment efficiently.
  
  In order to be successful, you will posses the following:

• 5 years site experience in a similar position within the construction industry.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Concrete Structures (FRP) experience required.

• FIFO/DIDO experience.

• Strong committment to safety.

• An excellent work ethic and pride in your work.

• Relevant tickets and licences

• S.26 Satutory Supervisor Qualfication
