Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in developing user guides, delivering training, and supporting knowledge transfer across payroll teams. As a Dayforce Payroll SME, you will contribute directly to the successful rollout and optimisation of the Dayforce payroll system.

 This role is a 6-month fixed term contract, with a view to become permanent.

Your activities

• You will support and coordinate parallel testing activities to ensure all payroll components are accurately tested, documented and confirmed prior to go-live

• System configuration validation

• Payroll calculation testing

• End‑to‑end process verification

• Data migrations

• Training end users

• System troubleshooting

• Train the payroll team and support readiness activities leading up to go‑live.

Your profile

• 5+ years’ experience using the Dayforce payroll system.

• Ability to train staff on the Dayforce application.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and remote teams.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

• Ability to remain hands‑on while driving testing activities.

What We’re Looking For: A Dayforce Payroll System SME with hands‑on experience in, upskilling payroll teams, high‑volume ANZ BAU payroll processing, supporting Dayforce implementations, leading parallel testing cycles.
