Receptionist / Office Support

This is an exciting opportunity to join the friendly team at Subiaco Business Centre as a Receptionist / Office All-Rounder.

You’ll be the welcoming face and friendly voice of our business, creating a warm and professional first impression for our clients and visitors while helping ensure our busy centre runs smoothly each day.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is friendly, organised, confident and eager to learn, with the opportunity to develop your skills and take on new responsibilities in a professional and supportive environment.

This is a full-time position based in Subiaco, Western Australia.

• Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and guests in a warm and professional manner

• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails and enquiries with excellent customer service

• Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying and document preparation

• Managing the reception area and ensuring it is always clean, tidy and welcoming

• Assisting with meeting room bookings and general day-to-day office requirements

• Supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks

• Taking initiative and assisting with other duties as required

We’re looking for someone who is positive, personable and professional, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.

You will ideally have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly, confident and professional telephone manner

• Strong customer service skills and a welcoming personality

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Competence using standard office equipment and technology

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using modern digital tools, including AI platforms

• The ability to multitask, prioritise and stay organised in a busy environment

• A willingness to learn, take initiative and take on new responsibilities

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
