Product Manager

BreatheSafe develops engineered air quality and equipment protection solutions for the mining, construction and agricultural sectors. Our purpose is clear: saving lives and protecting equipment.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product strategy, lifecycle management and field product support. Reporting to the GM Engineering and Product, you will connect customer and field insights with Engineering and operational execution helping determine what we build, how we improve and support our products, why they matter and where we invest.

The role

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the end-to-end strategy and lifecycle of assigned products.
• Developing product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, commercial opportunities and business priorities.
• Translating customer feedback, field insights and market analysis into clear product requirements and business cases.
• Leading new product introductions and continuous product improvement initiatives.
• Coordinating products from concept and development through to launch and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Monitoring product performance, competitor activity, regulation and industry trends.
• Analysing product performance and identifying future portfolio opportunities.
• Supporting Sales with technical expertise, customer engagements, tenders, demonstrations and product training.
• Providing high quality technical support to customers, field teams and internal stakeholders.
• Working closely with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure products are practical, scalable, cost-effective and commercially successful.

About you

You will bring:

• Strong product management and product lifecycle experience.
• Experience with engineered, technical or industrial products.
• Capability in product strategy, roadmapping and new product development.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Strong analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing capability.
• A practical, collaborative and improvement-focused approach.
• A degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline, which would be highly regarded.
• Experience within mining, construction, agriculture, air filtration or a related industrial sector would be advantageous.
