HSEQ Engineer

We are looking for an HSEQ Engineer to join our team at in Perth, and contribute to our work within Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality across the Reach Subsea Group.

About The Role

As an HSEQ Engineer, you will provide advice, guidance, and support on HSEQ-related matters across the organisation. Working closely with Project Managers, offshore crews, and clients, you will play an important role in maintaining high operational standards and supporting safe and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and contribute to improvements of the Reach Management System in line with relevant ISO standards and regulations.Identify and support improvements within HSE-related processes.Support Project Managers and act as an HSEQ resource within project teams.Conduct HAZID, HAZOP, and other relevant safety meetings.Support reporting, investigations, and follow-up through LANDAX.Ensure lessons learned from projects are implemented and shared across the organisation.Support employees, managers, projects, and the Commercial team with HSEQ-related matters.Support chemical/COSHH/substitution evaluations together with relevant personnel.

About You

BSc or higher education within HSEQ, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.Good knowledge of HSEQ standards, relevant legislation, Quality Assurance, auditing, and HSEQ best practices.Knowledge of vessel and marine operations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across teams and projects.Ability and willingness to travel when required, including supporting mobilisations and site inductions and meeting relevant offshore medical and safety certification requirements.
