Cafe Manager

About Us:

We are a new café concept combining specialty coffee, fresh Vietnamese bánh mì, smoothies, and juices. Our focus is on quality, fresh ingredients, and excellent customer experience. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Café Manager to lead our team from pre-opening through daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with owners to:

• Oversee all aspects of café pre-opening and operations.

• Hire, train, and manage shop staffs.

• Coordinate with fitout team on equipment placement and setup when required

• Source, purchase, and manage inventory of coffee, fresh produce, and other ingredients.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

• Set up workflow and daily operating procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.

• Manage supplier relationships and deliveries.

• Manage cash float and payment register daily

Requirements:

• Proven café management or hospitality management experience.

• Knowledge of coffee, café operations, and bahn mi preparation (preferred).

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute pre-opening and operational tasks.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
