Recruiter – Care & Traineeships

Work From Home | Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm | NSW

Are you an experienced recruiter who loves people, works well in a fast-paced environment and wants to do something genuinely rewarding?

We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter to recruit applicants across NSW and Australia into traineeships within Aged Care, Childcare and Disability Support.

This isn’t just about finding someone a job. You’ll be helping people start meaningful careers while giving them access to the training and qualifications they need to build a future within the care industry.

You will be responsible for:

• Screening and interviewing applicants

• Identifying people with a genuine caring nature, empathy and the right attitude

• Matching candidates with suitable facilities and traineeships

• Managing a busy candidate pipeline from application through to placement

• Building strong relationships with candidates and facilities

• Keeping recruitment administration and candidate records up to date

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous recruitment experience – essential

• Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills

• Excellent communication and people skills

• The ability to manage high-volume recruitment

• Strong organisation and administration skills

• Confidence working independently from home

• A proactive, positive and energetic attitude

Experience within Aged Care, Childcare, Disability, Healthcare or traineeship recruitment would be highly regarded but is not essential.
