Service Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join a collaborative and down-to-earth team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This role would suit someone who has come from a Service Coordination background within Fire, HVAC, Facilities Management or a similar technical services environment and is looking to build their career within the fire industry.

The Role Reporting to two Senior Account Managers, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day service activities, managing customer requirements and ensuring jobs are scheduled and followed through efficiently.

This is a non-hierarchical and highly collaborative environment, where everyone works together and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous Service Coordination experience within Fire, HVAC, Facilities Management or a similar service-based environment
• Has experience using Uptick, Simpro or a similar service management system
• Is confident coordinating technicians, bookings, customers and jobs
• Is a quick learner and can pick up new systems and processes with minimal training
• Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
• Has a genuine interest in working within the fire industry
• Can work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team

Fire industry experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right candidate with strong Service Coordination experience and a genuine interest in moving into fire.

Hours & Flexibility Standard hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm, with flexibility to work alternative hours where required, such as 7:00am – 3:30pm.

After successfully completing a 3-month probation period, you will have the opportunity to work 1 day from home per week.
