Nice to have: Marketing, social media, LinkedIn, EDM or Canva experience or interest.

Sales Support Analyst | Entry level | Eight Mile Plains

BiiGGA is an Australian working capital lender and part of the Attvest Group. We fund established Australian businesses from $10,000 to $500,000, same day, direct and through a growing national broker channel.

We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst to keep the engine room running. You will handle broker accreditations, verification checks, customer and broker administration and the data behind it all. If you have an interest in marketing or social media, there is real scope to build that into the role.

What you will do

•  Process broker accreditation applications end to end, including document and insurance checks

•  Complete customer and broker verification tasks accurately and on time

•  Handle inbound broker and customer queries, document requests and portal questions

•  Maintain the broker and customer database in Excel and the CRM

•  Prepare recurring lists, trackers and activity reports for the sales team

•  Support broker emails, LinkedIn and social activity, events and collateral

What we are looking for

•  Strong administration skills and a methodical way of working

•  Excellent attention to detail; you spot the missing document before anyone else

•  Working Excel skills: sorting, filtering, formulas and basic pivot tables

•  Professional written communication with brokers and customers

•  An interest in marketing, LinkedIn or social content is a real bonus

•  $60,000 to $70,000 TEC including superannuation
