About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Construction Project Electrical Supervisors to join our ongoing Major Projects & Shutdown workforce across a range of mine sites in Western Australia.

With newly revised rates, ongoing project and shutdown opportunities, and a rolling schedule of work, this is a great opportunity for experienced Electrical Supervisors looking for consistent FIFO/site-based work, competitive conditions and genuine long-term career opportunities.

You’ll work alongside a professional, highly skilled and safety-focused team, leading electrical crews and delivering construction, project and shutdown works that help keep our clients’ critical operations running safely, efficiently and reliably.

This is an opportunity to work across Tier 1 mining and resources clients, with a variety of roster options available, including ongoing and ad hoc opportunities for the right candidates.

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the mining and resources sector, particularly on construction projects

• Strong technical and general construction knowledge

• Schedule 26 – relevant modules completed and exam passed

• Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills

• A demonstrated commitment to safety and company values

• Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence

• Working at Heights certification

• Current First Aid, including LVR/CPR completed within the last 12 months

• Valid WA C Class or HR Driver’s Licence

• A positive, proactive and can-do attitude

Highly desired but not essential:

• HV Substation construction experience

• QA/QC experience

• Current Rio Tinto (RTIO) inductions

• Current BHP inductions

• Current Fortescue (FMG) inductions
