Full time, Monday to Friday role with no late nights or weekends. “At Opal HealthCare, we know that companies don’t succeed, people do.”  About the role: Full Time opportunity covering VIC hub Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program in line with the food program. Create hero moments for customers. Head Chef and Sous Chef Coverage.
