About the role
Tracy Village Social & Sports Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team for an immediate start.
This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the Club Manager in the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the venue. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests
Oversee daily shift operations and staff supervision
Manage stock control and venue procedures
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
Support gaming, TAB and bar operations in line with legislation and club policies
Maintain a positive and professional team environment
Applicants must have:
Experience performing duties equivalent to a Level A Manager under the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2010
Current Gaming Industry Employee Licence
Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certification
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
TAB Sellers Accreditation
Cash Control Accreditation
Knowledge of the Gambling Code of Conduct
Experience with and understanding of the Self-Exclusion Program
Understanding of liquor licensing requirements within a club environment
Experience supervising staff in a shift-based hospitality setting
Ability to work under pressure and lead a collaborative team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Immediate start available
