Your Day-to-Day: As our next Retail & Education Manager, you’ll be the face of L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty across the eastern suburbs of Victoria. This high-energy, field-based role gives you total ownership of your territory to build powerful partnerships and drive real growth for game-changing brands like La Roche-Posay and CeraVe.

Drive Business Growth: Team up with local pharmacy partners to co-create strategies that boost sales and expand our market footprint. Educate & Inspire: Turn pharmacy staff into confident brand advocates through engaging, expert product training. Build Real Connections: Act as the trusted go-to partner for your accounts, ensuring our brands shine bright in-store. Analyze & Adapt: Track retail trends, spot local opportunities, and pivot your strategy on the go.
