About the Team
Our national Insurance & Health practice combines deep industry knowledge with local expertise and the highest standards of client service. Our team of more than 200 specialist lawyers has the depth of experience and agility to help our clients, both in Australia and overseas, to navigate the complex risk landscape and support their insureds.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity awaits you as a lawyer in our Insurance team. Driven by the firm’s continued growth, we have several opportunities available across various levels of experience. You will work on a rewarding and diverse range of litigious and contentious matters arising from professional indemnity, directors’ & officers’ and management liability lines of insurance. In addition, the role involves matters relating to regulatory investigations, prosecutions and commercial disputes. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists in their field, headed up by Toby Barrie and Jason Hart – Perth-based principals who are committed to empowering you and your career progression.

About You
If the following sounds like you, we would love to hear from you:

• you are a practitioner in the defendant insurance space (preferably professional indemnity, public liability and/or health);
• you can efficiently manage your own file load;
• you have the ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;
• you have effective communication skills;
• you are a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of strong working relationships.
