• Cert III Warehouse Operations
  

• LMA Challenge of Leadership/Cert IV Warehousing Operations
  

• Incident Investigation (ICAM)
  

• Successful completion of Load Restraint training
  

• Successful completion of Manual Handling Training
  

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office & D365
  

• Experience supervising a quality focused distribution team.
  

• Experience in leading a team in a dynamic environment.
  

• Experience of handheld scanners
  

• Experience of location-based inventory systems
  

• Experience of stock control and manual stock counting
  

• Experience working to schedules and lead
  

times to meet customer demand.

• Understands and practices Lean manufacturing techniques.
  

• Understands and practices business improvement processes.
  

• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
