Tijuanas in Manly is seeking an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a lively South American Bar & restaurant. 

We prioritise guest experience and a fun, energetic atmosphere, and we are looking for a manager who shares our passion for fun and great service. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness, ambience and organization of the venue.
• Lead staff training and development programs
  
• Deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff, bartenders, and servers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and labour expenses 
  
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, bonus points for South American experience 
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong business acumen with experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure
  
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid work rights in Australia
• RSA Certificate
• Fluent in English
