Under Bridge Unit Operator

Due to an expansion in our Fleet, with new Under Bridge Units coming on board, we are seeking additional Operators to work with us, throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

Down Under Bridge Units proudly service a vast range of industries and organisations within the government and private sectors with professional, efficient and cost-effective EWP & Underbridge solutions.

The Role and Duties

• Operation of Under Bridge Unit in a safe, efficient and effective manner.

• Travel to/from various locations, adhering to NHVR regulations

• Maintaining the cleanliness of trucks and equipment to an impeccable standard

• Assisting with depot duties to service and maintain vehicles as required.

This job is based out of our Gympie Depot, and will involve travel, at times for extended periods, with attractive penalty rates and benefits.

Role Requirements

To be eligible for this role, the successful applicant MUST be able to satisfy these qualifications and conditions:

• HR truck license with a good driving history;

• A High Risk Elevating Work Platform over 11m (EWP) licence;

• White card or Blue card;

• Ability to legally work in Australia

• It would be desirable if you also possessed some mechanical, auto-electrical and hydraulic knowledge/skills, but this is not essential.

• Willing to work night shift and weekends as required

• Willing to help our clients attend to their works as efficiently, effectively and safely as possible

• Have the desire and ability to add value to the company

• Be able to work happily, constructively and harmoniously with a team, as well as being an effective and reliable autonomous worker when required.
