Operations Supervisor - Grounds Maintenance

Perth Metro | Full-time | $90,000 – $110,000 + Super

WA Treeworks is expanding its grounds maintenance and bushfire mitigation division across Perth metro, and we're looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day delivery and help shape its next stage of growth.

This is more than a crew supervision role, you'll have genuine autonomy across quoting, scheduling, people, plant and client relationships, working closely with the business owners to build a reliable, profitable and scalable operation.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Own end-to-end delivery of grounds maintenance and bushfire mitigation contracts, including planning, scheduling and crew coordination

• Inspect sites, prepare quotes and price labour, plant and materials for council and commercial clients

• Recruit, roster and lead field crews, with a focus on productivity, safety and accountability

• Manage plant and equipment utilisation, servicing and readiness

• Build and maintain client relationships, including council contract managers, as a key point of contact for delivery

• Maintain high WHS standards across all operations

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience supervising or managing grounds maintenance, landscaping, turf or similar field crews

• Experience quoting or estimating grounds maintenance, landscaping or bushfire mitigation work

• Strong organisational and scheduling skills, with confidence recruiting and managing people

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of job costs, productivity and margins

• Current WA driver's licence and a strong commitment to safe work practices

• Council or commercial contract experience, tender experience, and bushfire mitigation or vegetation management experience are highly regarded but not essential
