Monash University
About the role
The Senior Coordinator, Projects and Development plays a key role in coordinating communications and projects that support Access, Inclusion and Success. You’ll work across the end-to-end delivery of projects and initiatives supporting underrepresented students, while also leading communications across digital channels, newsletters, campaigns, reports and presentations. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll help drive projects forward, coordinate events and deliverables, monitor progress and contribute to meaningful change across Monash University.
You’re an experienced project and communications professional with strong organisational, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. You’ll bring demonstrated experience coordinating complex projects through to completion, developing high-quality communications and documentation, and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. With excellent judgement and attention to detail, you’ll be confident supervising one staff member, managing competing priorities, providing advice, and identifying practical solutions to complex issues.
At Monash, work feels different. There’s a sense of belonging, from contributing to something ground breaking – a place where great things happen.
