Job Description

Bapcor is building a talent pool for experienced HR and Payroll professionals for upcoming temporary/casual opportunities within our People & Payroll Services team, supporting a number of exciting key initiatives.

If you have experience in HR/People Services, Payroll processing, systems and compliance, enjoy working in fast-paced environment and passionate about delivering great people experience, we’d love to connect.

Qualifications

We’re keen to hear from candidates with experience in:

• HR / People Services operations and advisory
• End-to-end Payroll processing and systems
• Employee data administration
• Reporting and analytics
• HR / Payroll system configuration and maintenance (e.g., Oracle, SmartRecruiters, UKG, Dayforce)
• Business analysis and process mapping

You’ll also bring:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• A proactive, adaptable and team-focused approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
