Clinical Care Coordinator

• Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration.
  
• Minimum three years’ experience in Aged Care, preferably in residential and / or community setting in a relevant supervisory or management level position.
  
• An ability to understand and work the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC)
  
• Must have all Current COVID Vaccination and current Influenza Vaccination.
  
• Current National Police Clearance.
